Knowledge Management System Checklist
Eight phases from foundation to mastery, as a checklist. The quickest way to find out where your system actually stands and what to fix next.
What it is
A free checklist covering the eight phases of building a knowledge system: foundation and planning, then capture, organize, connect, retrieve, review, create, and finally the habits that keep it alive. Each phase is a list of yes/no items.

Do this first
Go through the checklist and tick honestly. Count the ticks per phase. The phase with the fewest is where your path should slow down. Write that phase name in your daily note so you remember why you’re doing the next module.
Then
Redo it every three months. Same file, new date. Progress you can see is the best motivation there is.
Skip it if
Never. It takes fifteen minutes and it tells you what to skip everywhere else.
