Knowii events, challenges and archives
The living part of Knowii: live masterclasses and Q&As, every past recording, monthly challenges with a deadline, and 200+ newsletter editions. This is how the path keeps going after the last module.
What it is
Everything in Knowii that happens on a calendar. Live sessions (masterclasses, workshops, Q&As, live streams), the archive of every recording, monthly community challenges, and the full archive of DeveloPassion’s Newsletter. Knowledge Master members also get the exclusive sessions: AMAs, group coaching, masterminds.
Where to find it
Three archives, by tier. Each past event has a ‘Watch recording’ button when a recording exists.
- Public Events & Video Chat: open to everyone, even without an account. Live rooms, public sessions.
- Events and Office Hours: Knowledge Builder and Knowledge Master. Office hours (cadence varies; I’m resuming a regular rhythm) plus every masterclass recording (Journaling, Personal Organization, Clarity, AI Master Prompt, MCP, and what came after).
- Masterminds: Knowledge Master. AMAs and group coaching. Still a short list; it grows with the tier.
Bought the Knowledge Worker Kit or a workshop on Gumroad instead? Your recordings are in your Gumroad library. You’re invited to Knowii at Explorer level, which covers the public events; the two paid archives need a Knowledge Builder or Knowledge Master subscription.
Which events are free and which aren’t: the important ones are Builder and up, masterminds are Master only, and a good share of the rest is open to everyone. The archive you can see is the archive you have access to.
The public write-up of every event (agenda, resources, links) is on my notes site: Knowii Community Events.
Do this first
Register for the next live session, whatever the topic. Showing up live once changes how you use the community afterwards. You’ll ask a question, and you’ll get an answer you can’t get from a recording.
Then
- Join the current monthly challenge. It gives you a deadline for one concrete improvement to your system.
- Browse the recordings archive by topic when a module leaves you with a question. Odds are I answered it in a Q&A.
- Newsletter archive: every edition is free at dsebastien.net/newsletter. Two hundred plus, on knowledge management, knowledge work, productivity and personal organization. Search it before asking; odds are I wrote about it.
Skip it if
You can’t. This is the part that compounds.
What it leads to
The next module you haven’t done yet, and the one after that.
