Clarity 101
Values, principles, manifesto, ikigai, non-goals, vision grid, reverse goal setting. Life design with a Design Thinking process. The slowest workshop to apply and the one with the longest half-life.
What it is
A workshop on getting clear about your life: identify your gravity problems (the ones you’re not willing to have), determine your personal value system, write your principles and your manifesto, find your ikigai, define non-goals, use the 12 favorite questions, build a vision grid to compare possible futures, prototype life changes safely, and set goals in reverse from the life you want.
Where to find it
Bought on Gumroad or the store: your Gumroad library. Video and materials in the library.

Do this first
Watch up to the value system exercise, then stop and do it. Write your top values in a note. Not twenty. Five, maybe seven. This one exercise is worth the workshop.
Then
- One exercise per evening: principles, manifesto, non-goals, vision grid. Don’t rush. This isn’t content to consume, it’s you deciding things.
- Put the results where you’ll see them. In the Starter Kit there’s an identity section for exactly this. It also feeds the AI later: an assistant that knows your values gives noticeably better advice.
- Revisit every quarter. Clarity decays. That’s normal.
Skip it if
You’ve done serious work on values and direction already (a coach, a good book, a hard year). Then do the non-goals and vision grid exercises anyway; they’re the two most people haven’t met.
What it leads to
The AI layer. You now have a system that captures, organizes and knows what it’s for. Time to put AI to work on it, starting with the AI Master Prompt workshop.
