What it is

The system I use to have AI draft my newsletters, articles and posts in my voice. Six parts: describe your personality, analyze your writing style from real samples, write down your content strategy (what, for whom, why), create a template per content type, add your business context (products, audience), and set up the evolution loop where every edit you make teaches the system. Works with ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, DeepSeek, NotebookLM. Includes all the prompts and the MCP setup for power users.

Do this first

The writing style analysis. Feed the prompt 5 to 10 things you wrote and liked. Read the result. It will describe habits you didn’t know you had. Save it; it’s the core of everything else.

Then

• Build the six parts in order over a weekend. Each one is a note in your vault. The Starter Kit has a voice profile tutorial that follows this exact structure.
• Draft one real thing with it. Then edit that draft by hand and record what you changed. That’s the evolution loop. Ten drafts in, the edits get small.
• Don’t skip the business context part even if you don’t have a business. “Audience” applies to your team, your students, your readers.

Skip it if

You don’t publish anything and don’t plan to. The guide is about writing for others. For writing to think, journaling and the master prompt are enough.
